Sea monsters. Nuclear submarines. Lighthouses. The Flying Dutchman. Surfboards. Desert islands. Basically, anything to do with the sea is über-cool. Especially when you throw in enough weird to fill an oil tanker. Then aim the oil tanker at a derelict peer hosting an illegal rave. Ingredients such as these are the lifeblood of BOXING JELLYFISH, the third EP from HEYBUDAPEST! that will drop on 16.04.2026 in digital and physical formats.

TRIPLE CHROMOSOME
APPLE PLUS TREE PLUS GRAVITY
March is upon us and that means the third release in the SINGLE CHROMOSOME project is due. When HEYBUDAPEST! first performed live back in February 2025, the opening track was APPLE PLUS TREE PLUS GRAVITY, a song that deals with the downside of patrilineal traits. It retains its heavy central theme, both lyrically and musically but the track has been thoroughly disassembled and rebuild with a shitload of new ideas and aspects.
It will be released on Sunday 15 March 2026 on all streaming services.

MIXED UP DOUBLE TROUBLE
SOMETHING FOR THE UNDECIDED
Joyfully schizophrenic, HEYBUDAPEST! have served up two new renditions of KNIEVEL WITH A SHOTGUN, a track that reached Number 6 in the HILLZFM local Artists Christmas chart. The KASSITERENO mix replicates the new LIVE performance version of the song first used at THE TIN MUSIC & ARTS recently whilst THE DUKE OF EXETER'S DAUGHTER mix features an extended interpretation intended for the discerning dancefloor.

COMPLETED 'EM, MATE
The award-winning photographer Joy Richings is also the official HEYBUDAPEST! Head of Physical Imagery. Joy was front and centre at the two latest appearances that the band undertook in Coventry, United Kingdom. These were the fourth and fifth gigs that HEYBUDAPEST! have performed since their manifestation in November 2024. Respecting their current position in the food chain, the band opened two events for an international quartet of bands that included DHAMPYRES [UK], GLASS HOUSE MUSEUM [UK}, THE MALL [USA] and SLASH NEED [CAN}.

SINGLE CHROMOSOME
GET TO KNOW SOME FRENCH GIRLS IN ITALIAN CARS
Every month during 2026, HEYBUDAPEST! will be releasing a new single to all Streaming services. Then, on 22 December, all twelve tracks will be compiled onto an album called SINGLE CHROMOSOME that will be available to stream and also as a physical CD. The first single, FRENCH GIRLS IN ITALIAN CARS, dropped on 16th January and deals with the desperate measures we are sometimes forced to take. It is also a sad lament for cutting ties with our European friends.
